THERE SHOULD BE SOMEONE OR SOMETHING THAT FINISH THIS
A month and a half ago I was looking for something in what to invest my money in order to multiply it for the downpayment of a house for my kids. One day looking and looking, talking and talking I found a warehouse on the internet. The discount warehouse Inc and it turned out to be that we had picked up their garbage because they didn't know what to do with it.
I'm just a woman breastfeeding my baby and thinking on what to do now that me, my brother and elder sister had invested all we had saved in years of hardworking buying merchandise or better called garbage that cost us $30,000 USD.
6 pallets of small appliances
9 pallets of toys
6 pallets of electronics
3 pallets of variety in electronic, small appliances, gifts, etc
2 pallets of housewares
4 pallets of power wheel (electronic cars)
3 pallets of mixed of electronics, housewares, domestics, etc
Seems a lot eeehh. From the sales rep name Jani, she said you might have 5 or 7% of lost. So we were expecting a lot of money in a profit. From pallets 4' x 4' x 6' or 8' height we got nothing but useless items, not even the sizes and quantities offers by this lady. I guess she is also making a living like all of us, trying to survive in a country where we weren't born, I just found it awful, nasty trying to do it cheating or robbing other people by offering a merchandise that is all crap. ALL, NOT PART, NOT HALF, ALL CRAP. Broken, rapped, damaged, nothing works. We can't even sell it as used item.
The terms and conditions that I signed, scanned and email to Jani says that all merchandise is broken, returned, raped or damage. And all written or oral agreement between sales rep and i aren't valid after signed the conditions.
This is my question, Why would they think that someone want to invest money in a bunch of things that aren't for sale?
I was expecting wrong things but not all of them, while my brother was counting pieces he kept saying this is damage and I kept answering "yes should expect 5 to 7% of lost you know that, even a 10%"
Now it is 100%. I found this company for all of us to invest, we checked it, we got someone to visit the company, it looked ok, but the inside we didn't see it, their as broken, rapped and damage as their merchandise is.
I asked God everyday, all day long for help, we are just head down, we gave away our money for nothing but work and a profit. I am wondering if there is an Attorney that could make this a case, a winning case.
